Dreame Launches a Complete Facility, Developing Fully Automated Smart Yards

Chinese Smart Manufacturing Lands in Silicon Valley: Dreme’s Three Innovations Drive Global Yard Care

From April 27 to 30 (North American time), Dreme Technology will host its smart outdoor event “Dreame NEXT: Autonomous Outdoors” at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. On April 29, Dreme will launch three new products: the All-in Center, the flagship robotic mower A3 AWD PRO, and the Dreme Roboticmower APEX. Powered by smart Chinese manufacturing, these products mark the arrival of lawn care with minimal manual intervention and full autonomy, moving global garden care into a new era of smart yards.

Three New Products Point the Way to Next-Generation Smart Yards

Built on core proprietary technology and systematic product innovation, Dreme brings the power of Chinese smart manufacturing to Silicon Valley, entering an outdoor smart segment long dominated by overseas brands. The company is advancing yard care around the world and providing homes around the world with a new model of future-proof, quality yard living.

The core products unveiled at the event cover three key categories: channel infrastructure, terminal devices, and future-oriented technologies. Together, they advance key capabilities for the next generation of smart yards and drive the industry’s shift from passive tools to active smart yards.

Universal Center. The All-in Center rewrites what a base station can do for smart outdoor equipment, delivering fully automated, end-to-end yard care. Unlike conventional base stations that are limited to basic charging and parking, the All-in Center combines three key capabilities: automatic charging, intelligent self-maintenance, and effective all-weather protection – creating a complete, self-service system.

With precision engineering and intelligent control systems, the mower automatically returns to the base after completing yard work. The base handles cleaning, blade maintenance, self-checking, and long-term storage – all in one place. In harsh outdoor conditions such as strong sun, heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or frost, the base provides all-weather sealed protection and flexible environmental control, keeping the machine running reliably year-round.

A3 AWD PRO. As the centerpiece of this launch event, the A3 AWD PRO offers a new fully autonomous navigation system with sensor and decision-making technology. A3 AWD PRO delivers an autonomous mapping solution based on LiDAR + vision that does not require roving cables, beacons, or GPS poles – truly ready to use out of the box with minimal manual intervention.

On the sensor front, the A3 AWD PRO features the advanced OmniSense™ 3.0 3D Ultra-Sensing System, which combines a 360° panoramic 3D LiDAR and two 1080P HDR cameras to create a full-coverage 3D sensor network. This provides millimeter-level environmental awareness and centimeter-level positioning accuracy. Powered by a large database and AI algorithms, the mower can accurately identify more than 300 types of common stationary and moving yard obstacles, with up to 98% accuracy for strong obstacle detection and millisecond-level response times. Effectively avoids pets, children, toys, garden ornaments, and other objects – balancing effective mowing with home safety.

Roboticmower APEX. Looking to the future of the industry, Dreme is also introducing the Dreme Roboticmower APEX. APEX goes far beyond standard shearing. It combines advanced AI and a multi-tasking robotic arm, which goes beyond mowing to deliver complete yard service capabilities.

Every day, APEX can automatically manage leaf sweeping, garbage collection and disposal, yard cleanup, and putting toys and tools back in their places. With a special interchangeable attachment, it can also perform deep crevice cleaning, automatic plant watering, fruit picking, and garden maintenance – turning the mower into a full-fledged lawn mower.

Strong ER&D Capabilities Build Lasting Technological Advantage

Behind the strong Dreame product is a long-term commitment to R&D. Since entering the intelligent outdoor sector, Dreame has focused on the development of core technologies, creating a long-lasting technological advantage that cannot be easily disputed. Today, R&D personnel make up 70% of the company’s workforce, and annual R&D investment consistently exceeds 7% of revenue – above the industry average. Dreame continues to deepen its expertise in LiDAR, advanced AI algorithms, motion control, integrated AI, environmental sensing, and other key areas.

Using a large database of real-world yard conditions from around the world, Dreme has repeatedly improved its outdoor direct AI model, creating a full-fledged intelligent system of “sensing – understanding – making decisions – acting.” This gives the mower the ability to automatically learn, adapt to its environment, and dynamically expand – bringing personalized care to each unique yard. At the same time, Dream continues to build a global patent portfolio, using structured and secure core technologies to support continuous product iteration and maintain a strong technological position in the global high-end market.

China’s Global Smart Manufacturing Model: End-to-End Localization

In its global strategy, Dreame remains committed to a superior, local approach – rejecting simple product launches in favor of strategic expansion from establishing a strong presence in Europe to achieving successful growth in North America. The company develops and adapts its products based on each region’s yard design, climate, and user habits, using an end-to-end local operating model to accurately meet the diverse needs of global users.

With its advanced LiDAR tracking technology and exceptional user experience, Dreame has established a strong position in the global smart outdoor segment. The company’s lawnmower portfolio has shown strong international momentum and has been recognized by Frost & Sullivan as No.1 worldwide in sales revenue for LiDAR robotic lawnmowers (November 2024 – October 2025). Dreame also has a significant market share in several European countries. By March 2026, global sales revenue had grown by 255% year-on-year.

This grand launch event in San Francisco is a milestone in Dreme’s global expansion and is a shining example of smart Chinese manufacturing breaking through technological barriers to reach the world’s leading markets. It showcases the innovative capabilities and manufacturing quality of Chinese technology companies.

Looking ahead, smart yards are an inevitable trend in the global development of home living, and the smart outdoor equipment market is entering a period of rapid growth. With three core strengths – fully autonomous, minimally invasive operations, an integrated base station ecosystem, and forward-looking integrated AI – Dreame will continue to advance global yard maintenance. The company aims to free millions of homes around the world from tedious yard work, allowing people to enjoy a natural, comfortable, and high-quality outdoor lifestyle – using its proprietary technology to shape the future of smart yards around the world.
